Cigar selection has been pretty good. It would help to create an insert telling about each cigar like Cigars International does on there monthly cigar subscription.
It would also, help to receive a different gift each month other than the same double cutter. Could be a punch cutter or a extra cigar etc.
It’s nice though that you have the option of strength of a cigar and CI does not.

I am actually pleased with the selection of cigars so far. Some of the cigars I never heard of until now. So will keep exploring the different cigars.

Good cigars and occasionally you get a little something extra in the box

The cigars that were sent were pretty good. I have been getting duplicates the last couple times.

This is some of the best cigars. I have smoked in a while. I really enjoy the selection that was made for me to enjoy.

Received my first box in good condition! Free cutter and little box of matches was a nice touch. Wish they gave sticker too though!

I liked the Cigar Box Subscription because of the quick delivery and variety of cigars. The box is nicely organized but mine was missing the menu card item, so we didn't know what the cigars were/where they came from. Overall, 3/5.

Not trying to be a hater but I emailed them about my Montecristo platinum in a tubo having some mold on it and I absolutely am not happy I was ignored. Mold sometimes happens and I understand but ignoring a customer is messed up. The picture doesn’t do it justice but it wasn’t good all around

Cigars were dried out upon delivery. Hoping they will get better in the humidor soon.

I like the cigars that My Cigar Box offers. However, I have found more great smokes at a lower cost per month than My Cigar Box.

I don't know a lot about cigars, so this is helping me build a preference list.

I like the convenience and the timely shipping each month. Its nice to get a variety of sticks to try. My big complaint is that although you get a variety of top cigar brands you do not get their top cigars. Most sticks I received were mediocre at best and were not sticks I would have bought myself. If you are new to cigar smoking I worry that some of the lower quality sticks will turn you off from cigars. If you've been smoking as long as I have and only smoke the best this is not for you.

I'm new to cigars and had been looking for a monthly subscription service for some time. Although new the Monthly Cigar Box company has provided me a STELLAR experience the last three months I've been a member. Not only have they shipped some amazing cigars lightning quick, but their customer service when I've had questions has also been amazing. I've received a timely response to each and every question I've sent. Throw in the free cutter or packet of matches every month, and you cannot go wrong!! Thank you guys!!

I must say, this website is better than throwing money away by going to a spot and buying more than 2 cigars. Lastly, sending you different kinds of cigars, even better!!

I like this Cigar Subscription. You can select your strength and the amount of sticks you get per month. My first box came with a mellow, medium, and medium-full mixture. It’s great that each box come with - matches, cutter, and it packed with boveda pack to keep your sticks fresh. So far, so good guys!

I like the fact I get to try 3 different cigars each month for $30; I can spend that in a day at a lounge. The one downside for me, I wish there was a record of the cigars that were sent. I usually forget the names and would love to reorder. Nonetheless, I haven't had a bad stix yet!

Service was fast and packaged nicely, got matches and cutter with each shipment. Wasn't to keen of cigar selection mailed to me.
